POSITION PURPOSE:


POSITION MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:


  • Provide comprehensive financial support for their own area
  • Cooperate in mid
- and long-term forecasting for Sales and OPEX

  • Provide relevant reporting (quantitative & qualitative) for their own area
  • Provide valueadded financial analytics to support business initiatives and decisions
  • Streamline the Financial Planning department processes, implementing automation where possible
  • Fiduciary responsibility:
  • Support the business to be compliant to financial policies and procedures
  • Maintain internal controls and compliance as relates to job responsibilities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND ESSENTIAL SKILLS:


  • University degree in Economics, Finance or engineering (international studies are a strong plus)
  • 23 years' experience in financial analysis/consulting in a multinational company (experience abroad is a plus)
  • Experience in crossfunctional work/projects
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Analytical skills
  • Presentation/communicationskills
  • Ability to influence business partners
  • Ability to deal across cultures
  • Detail oriented but still able to see bigger picture
  • High level of initiative and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Planning and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize
  • Problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
