Giacomo Ristoranti è alla ricerca di un/una Chef de Partie per l'unità operativa Arengario, sita in Via Marconi, 1:
La figura ricercata si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
gestire e garantire l'operatività della propria partita;
curare la guarnizione e verificare la mise en place delle portate in uscita dalla cucina, secondo gli standard qualitativi del Gruppo;
fornire il supporto operativo necessario alle altre figure del reparto cucina, al fine di mantenere un'elevata efficienza del Servizio;
riportare allo Chef eventuali problematiche e criticità riscontrate durante l'operatività;
accertarsi che vengano sempre mantenuti puliti ed ordinati gli spazi attinenti al servizio di cucina, al fine di garantire un ambiente salubre e funzionale;
vigilare sul rispetto delle norme di igiene e sicurezza alimentare, segnalando eventuali rischi.
Il/La candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo in contesti similari;
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Completano il profilo: disponibilità, flessibilità, spirito di adattamento ed una naturale predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali.
