    Luxury Fragrance Sales Ambassador

    Job Description

    • Provide exceptional customer service, delivering a unique and memorable experience that reflects the brand's values and identity.
    • Guide clients through our exclusive fragrance collections, ensuring an exceptional level of service.
    • Proactively maximize cross-selling opportunities by leveraging the full range of products available in-store.

    As a true brand ambassador, you will welcome customers with elegance, representing the luxury brand at all times. You will act as a sales consultant to guide clients through their olfactory journey using storytelling and product expertise to ensure an exceptional client experience,
    fostering valuable relationships along the way. You’ll be responsible for handling requests and feedback professionally while maintaining strict attention to detail regarding store visual standards, inventory management, and daily operations.
