About Our Client:
Leading Bank
- Develop financial projects/products on a crossclient and crossasset basis
- Ensure the optimal implementation of each solution
- Support sales in the commercial activity with the clients
- Manage relationship with all the relevant functions of the bank
The Successful Applicant:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in the structuring / solutions team of an international investment bank
- Focus on strategic equities and financing opportunities:
- Employee's incentive plans, stake building, buy backs, derivatives based hedging and financing, yield enhancement, corporate equity derivatives, strategic delta one transaction, etc.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of capital markets, financial products and investment structures, with special focus on strategic equity transactions
- Team player
- Commercial attitude
