    We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT & Business Development team as an IT Corporate Applications & AI Intern, working in a hybrid capacity from our vibrant Milan HQ.

    Main Activities:

    Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects, while supporting the Corporate Applications and AI Coordinator in managing applications implementation configurations and maintenance. This includes integrating business processes, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.

    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Corporate Applications, standardizing and enhancing system efficiency and effectiveness. Make recommendations and propose new solutions to ensure the system supports business processes in the most efficient and effective way.

    Participate in project meetings, documenting key takeaways, actions, and next steps, and support communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and maintain project timelines, schedules, and task assignments
    • Address issues or problems related to SAP ERP and external systems
    • Initiate the adoption of simple Generative AI tools and manage the cultural change associated with this transition

    Requirements:

    Masters degree in Engineering, Economy, or Computer Science, or equivalent

    Familiarity with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning systems

    Good knowledge of Office 365 tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    Proactivity, flexibility, determination, and fluent English language skills

    Nice to have: Familiarity with technology and curiosity about Artificial Intelligence

    Training Objectives:

    By the end of the internship, you will be able to:

    • Manage international and multicultural relationships with colleagues and external partners
    • Be the first point of contact for hundreds of people needing support
    • Manage a team of external providers
    • Influence and start to become a decision-maker
