Position Summary
In this rolw you will join Information Technology Supply Chain team as

Business Analyst:

the IT Supply Chain team delivers and supports IT solutions for Nestlé headquarter, factories and distribution centers in the Italy.

The solutions include SAP ERP and Nestlé custom developed IT products.

You will collaborate with Information Technology Product Development, IT colleagues of other European countries and Supply Chain colleagues in Digital Transformation projects for Nestlé in Italy.

In addition, you will also collaborate with offshore partners providing SAP products support to Supply Chain users.

A Day in the Life of a SUPPLY CHAIN BUSINESS ANALYST - SAP

Participate in ensuring Digital Transformation projects deliverables, collaborating with IT (local and international) and Supply Chain colleagues, with external partners/suppliers and respecting projects timelines and quality.
Support Supply Chain users in troubleshooting, collaborating with local and international IS/IT teams (European support and offshore).
Effectively relate with Supply Chain users in factories, distribution centers and in Head Quarter to proactively address service activities.
Timely and effectively deliver SAP configurations and report to IT project manager.

What will make you successful?

Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics
At least 3 years of experience in SAP SD, MM, WM, TM implementation projects in consultancy or other industries
Fluent in Italian and English
