- Fuel the Strategy → You will create and manage regular reports and analyses to support the sales team in developing and optimizing strategies.
- At least 3 years of experience in roles requiring strong digital hard and soft skills.
- Proficiency with Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Spanish, German, or another European language, along with at least a basic knowledge of Italian.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and manage professional relationships effectively.
- Curious about SaaS, tech, events, and innovation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and critical thinking.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and quick to learn new tools/processes
- Full-time availability at our Reggio Emilia's office (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00)
- We offer a Permanent Contract with an annual gross salary range of € €32.000 + Performance-based Bonuses (OTE/On Target Earnings).
