- Constantly interacts with the foreign parent company and with the group IT department to share objectives;
- He is part of the International Business Unit Management Team;
- Manages the collaborators of the Italian headquarters and the IT representatives of the foreign subsidiaries;
- Promotes technological, organizational and process improvement actions;
- Supervises all existing projects, of different sizes, with related budgets and timing;
- Manages and selects suppliers;
- Leads the migration project to SAP S/4HANA at the Group's Italian headquarters and foreign subsidiaries, with the support of collaborators.
- IT degree or similar training;
- Solid previous experience in managing IT departments gained in multinational companies;
- Previous experience managing SAP migration projects, preferably to S/4HANA;
- Fluent English language.
- Leadership skills in managing people and leading projects;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
