    Como Ingeniero de Pruebas (Junior) estarás a cargo de apoyar la estrategia de pruebas manuales de software y algunas pruebas automatizadas, junto con el equipo de ingenieros, leads y managers.

    Nuestros productos financieros requieren los más altos estándares de calidad. La velocidad de crecimiento del negocio demanda lanzar nuevos features y productos en periodos cortos de tiempo, por ello un proceso de pruebas se vuelve fundamental para alcanzar estos objetivos con gran maestría.

    Trabajarás junto a un equipo de ingenieros con mucha experiencia y dominio en todos los aspectos técnicos y de negocio.

    Tu Misión

    • Aprender a identificar los distintos tipos de pruebas que deben ejecutarse en cada uno de los desarrollos de los equipos de Producto.
    • Definir los planes y casos de prueba y apoyar la ejecución de los mismos.
    • Apoyar procesos de certificación y pruebas del equipo Bold POS.
    • Realizar regresiones y ejecutar pruebas para Backend, Móviles y Web.
    • Preparar y participar en los Demos y realizar la documentación de apoyo de las funcionalidades.
    • Apoyar las pruebas de despliegues críticos del sistema.

    Requisitos del Trabajo

    • Conocimientos en diseño y ejecución de planes de pruebas.
    • Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
    • Conocimientos de SQL.
    • Excelente desempeño/reconocimientos académicos.
    • Conocimientos en pruebas en diferentes niveles: funcionales, unitarias, de integración, aceptación, performance y regresión.
    • Alta atención al detalle y punto de vista crítico.
    • Habilidad para trabajar en entornos ágiles, remotos y de alta incertidumbre.
    • Contribuir activamente en la implementación de una cultura de calidad de software en los diferentes equipos de producto e ingeniería.
    • Experiencia con algún lenguaje de programación.
