Amplifon EMEA Region is on a growth mission.

To achieve our ambitious business goals, we aim at executing a structural investment in our workforce to increase the FTEs in our shops.

The mission of this job is to coordinate and drive EMEA Regional recruiting activities, ensuring all Countries meet recruiting targets on a timely basis.

Responsibilities

Collect all Countries recruitment needs for Amplifon's professional roles in our shops: audiologists and client advisors
Create an EMEA Regional recruitment plan, phased on monthly basis, to ensure progress towards the plan
Monitor monthly progress towards the recruitment plan both at Regional and Country level
Proactively identify gaps vs. the plan; identify and execute, in partnership with each Country, corrective actions
Setup benchmarks / tools to support / educate Countries to optimize their recruiting funnels
Establish a clear set of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment funnel
Work in partnership with Country Head of HR to challenge current recruiting models and identify / execute improvement opportunities
Work in partnership with external partners (both at Country and Regional level) to maximize recruiting performance
Present recruitment progress on monthly basis to Regional Leadership Teams

Profile

Has solid working experience in coordinating complex recruiting operations with large scale recruiting targets (>1000 / year)
Has indepth knowledge of recruiting dynamics in more than one Country within EMEA Region
Comfortable and effective in driving others to reach superior performance
Utilizes project management tools to drive a complex organization with multiple stakeholders towards stretched goals
Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Used to deal with a highpace environment and ambitious performance targets
Strong command of the English language is mandatory. Other European languages are a plus
