YellowSquare is looking for a Night Porter Manager for the Hostel in Milan - Porta Romana.The Tasks:
- Dealing with bookings;
- Completing Checkin and Checkout procedures;
- Preparing bills and taking payments;
- Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;
- Dealing with complaints or problems;
- Support the Bar if needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working on a similar position
- Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
- Flexibility: working time and hours;
- Excellence in customer service;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian
