What you will do


The Quality Manager Environment - Health and Safety in our Cologno site will take care of all the aspects related to Quality and EHS, whilst at the same time, ensuring that we meet our internal and external reporting and control requirements.

The role will report to site manager directly and indirectly to business Area functions.


How you will do it

Quality tasks:


  • Collect claims and report them through internal docs and dedicated portals, cooperate to close claims according to guidelines and cooperating with other functions in the corporate and internally
  • Maintain ISO9001 system documents (system procedures)
  • Develop policies and strategies for QA
  • Collect quality metrics, report them to Plant Manager and cooperate to improve them with other functions (corporate and internal).
  • Manage calibrations.

Environment - Health and Safety tasks:

  • Collect waste, energy and environmental metrics, report them through internal docs and dedicated portals, cooperate to improve metrics according to guidelines and cooperating with other functions in the corporate and internally
  • Develop policies and strategies for EHS
  • Maintain ISO14001 certificate and documentation
  • Collect EHS metrics and cooperate to improve them with other functions in the corporate and internally
  • Manage EHS and waste reporting to authorities (ARPA, INAIL, ATS)
  • Planning practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, of promoting health and safety and safe working practices.

What we look for

  • Environmental Engineer or Chemical background preferable
  • Experienced with authorities' portals (AIDA, CIVA).
  • Experienced in EHS sector (5 years at least)
  • Available for night/weekend emergencies upon request
  • English communication level mid/high
  • Available for short and limited travels.
