To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Legal Intern to join the Legal Team.

Head of Legal Affairs Italy

The role is suited to a confident individual who is comfortable working in a fast-moving e-commerce environment and looking for a challenging commercial role.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

Support in the provision of practical, commercial, solution-driven advice on a wide variety of general commercial issues including IT, outsourcing, e-commerce, internet/new media, data protection and consumer law.
Support in drafting, advising and negotiating on a variety of commercial agreements, such as marketing, product placement ADV, agency, testimonial & Sponsorship.
Support on specific topics such as privacy/GDPR compliance
Managing the legal request storage

The type of person we are looking for:

Law Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Proactive at developing internal business relationships
Motivated, enthusiastic and have a "can do" attitude
Strong attention to detail
Strong experience in handling a high volume of activity involving multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in English
