JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for enthusiastic and entrepreneurial young talents to join our Ecommerce team in our HQ in Milan. You will have the opportunity to join an extremely innovative and dynamic team, being involved in and responsible of

- several projects from day one across different brands and reaching different Countries at a global level.

Given your profile, competencies and passions, you will have the possibility to support the channel growth within one of the following roles:As Business Analyst Assistant, you will be analyzing ecommerce data and KPIs and will work with the Business Analyst to ensure decisions are made and actioned with a data driven perspective.
As Business Development Assistant, you will support the scouting, assessment and onboarding of new partners to drive KPIs growth in existing websites as well as expanding the business to new segments/geographies.
As Roadmap Assistant you will be responsible of supporting the creation and execution of business projects roadmap across several e commerce brands (sun and optical).
As RX Coordinator Assistant you will support the growth of RX sales, contributing to the brand strategy definition and implementation for the segment.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Some of the responsibilities and related activities will include:Business performance analysis and reporting, dashboards and presentations preparation for top-management meetings. Budgeting and forecasting activities.
Business case creation: coordinating with all the internal and external stakeholders to size the potential of each opportunity and evaluate the project profitability and expected ROI.

KPI project monitoring.

Contractual negotiation: working strictly with the legal team and all the internal stakeholders to close the contractual details of each collaboration.
Project management, brand roadmap definition and execution monitoring.
Experience testing, platform maintenance support, UAT and debugging.
Analysis of market trends/KPIs and business initiatives to find gaps and develop actions and recommendations
Procedures design, implementation and monitoring

TECHNICAL SKILLS

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEAccording to the specific role, we will also evaluate as a plus:
Passion for quantitative analysis, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and data interpretation.
Experience with Excel and Powerpoint, familiarity or willingness to learn BI tools.
Problem solving approach, orientation to results, ability to prioritize tasks, find solutions and coordinate stakeholders managing multifunctional projects.
Basic technical knowledge of an ecommerce environment, enthusiasm for new technologies and ecommerce trends
Basic negotiations skills
