THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE CONTRIBUTE TO CREATE A CONSISTENT COMPANY BRAND IMAGE BY EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATING COMPANY STRATEGIES AND OBJECTIVES TO RETAIL ACOUNT BUYERS/ MANAGEMENT TO ESTABLISH A PROFITABLE BUSINESS AT RETAIL AND WHOLESALE.


JOB RESPONSABILITIES:


Create Proper AssortmentsWork closely with each account to insure that the brand image is represented properly on a store level and in writing and advising product assortments.

Using account selling history, dkny assortment direction / min sku counts, current and market trends.
Order ProcessingCapture/retrieve and process accounts orders prior to order deadlines.
Monitor and Compensate for Fall-Out/ Oversolds Monitor booked not cut styles prior to final cuts being placed. Replace all lost $'s with alternative suggestions to
Accounts to book into available to sell

ShippingMonitor accounts shipping status on a daily basis through running system generated ship status reports or using the on line order inquiry option screen in AS400 and compiling this information into a daily ship log.

Monitor past cancel and extend orders when necessary.
Follow up with production onETA's in order to confirm receiving/delivery in a timely fashion.

Track By Importante Azienda Selling/By Door SellingCompile and analyze selling on a weekly basis from all accounts to identify successful full price sell thru categories.

Place Re-Orders Monitor weekly selling in order to react to best sellers and inventory levels.

Manage InventoryManage your In Stock and Future Available To Sell inventory by running system-generated reports, which reflect current and future stock positions.

Offer opportunity purchases to special accounts.
i.e. Special In Season recuts of past best sellers.
Monitor Unconfirmed OrdersInsure confirmations are received in a complete and timely manner.
Monitor and be aware of all confirmations needed by running system generated Unconfirmed Reports on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
Customer Service Call/contact customers on weekly/bi-weekly basis and keep lines of communication open at all times.
Develop strong relationships/partnerships with customer base/buyers.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree

Work Experience:
Retail experience helpful


Skills:
Knowledge of AS400

Knowledge of Retail Math concepts
PC proficient especially in Excel
Strong social skills and the ability to communicate openly to others
Multi-Tasking, Flexible to change
Time Management
