Role Overview

As an Organizational Psychologist at Skillvue, you will conduct research and validation workstreams across our assessment portfolio. You will define competency frameworks, design items and tasks, run data collection and analyses, and partner with ML engineers to translate findings into production models and metrics.

• Own end-to-end research projects: literature review, research design, item/task development, pilot studies, full-scale data collection,
• Develop competency frameworks using factor analysis (CFA/EFA), IRT modeling classical test theory.
