We are looking for a enthusiastic Manufacturing Intelligence Specialist to join our Manufacturing department in Taranto

Responsibilities

Ensure Value Stream Map, Future and Current state are available and updated
Create KaiZen event planning for every year vs. agreed Strategy Deployments targets and Tactical plans
Implement, in agreement with direct manager selected KaiZen events
Followup and provide feedback to others carrying out KaiZen events
Ensure an updated Layout is maintained
Implement and sustain Lean Toolbox according to requirements and Lean Assessment criteria
Direct responsibility for Apriso ANDON and Process Tracking setup, implementation and sustainment
Through Apriso ANDON and Process Tracking, evaluate registered process waste and continuously coordinate out same together with respective departments
Ensure Future State Layouts are prepared and match VSM future state
Consult Production, Logistics and Site responsible on correct staffing levels based on Standard work and Job cards to match a VSM
Followup on WIP is in correct planned level together with Production and Logistics managers vs. VSM
Communicate requirements and escalate issues to external and internal stakeholders
Create and support implementation of KPIs and other performance management tools where and when agreed with direct manager
Encourage cost competitiveness activities throughout the value chain, upon agreement with direct manager
Display Vestas leadership qualities, Albeit not having direct references
Acting as 'Voice of the Customer' inside the factory to ensure effective executing of plans across site
Participate in relevant meetings for Manufacturing/ PEX globally and regionally
Ensure that Site is aligned with Global and regional setup for PEX activities
Support to meet Inventory Days of Supply targets yearly with Logistics and Production
IPC and FCC performance to budget based on VSM, Standard work and jobcards
Employee Turnover Rate and Survey Results on target
Support and develops Value Stream Mapping and KaiZen activities for entire site
Facilitates Strategy Deployment on Site TAR
Business Case preparations and followup
Sets future strategy for Layouts for site TAR
Ensures optimal allocation of HC according to production planning based Decisions, advice, recommendations etc. the position has authority to carry out.

Qualifications

University education in supply chain, operations or similar
Previous experiences as a leader, consultant or Internal Lean consultant preferred

Competencies

Good at listening
Good at understanding complex situations and focusing on the correct thing to do
Able to encourage a dialogue in a clam structured manner towards the common needed targets
