Professional Solutions, an Adecco Group company and specialist in creating solutions and managing Outsourcing services, operates nationwide in two main areas: Field Marketing and Operations. We are looking for highly motivated individuals for the role of:
FLYING DOCTOR (ENGLISH LANGUAGE)
Activities:
Transmittal of technical knowledge, meetings and technical materials
Contribute to the development of the network's technical skills and its high level of technical equipment
Tracking technical skills Network and selection of Technicians Experts
Follow-up and recommendations to the Network on the organization and technical methods recommended by the manufacturer
Ensure that the APV Technical Methods of the manufacturer are properly appropriated by the Network
Ensure the resolution of complex technical incidents on customer vehicles at the lowest cost as quickly as possible
Complex incident resolution, in collaboration with Technical Assistance Levels 1 and 2
Technical analyzes in collaboration with the Professions Amont Technique
Contradictory or judicial expertise at the request of RLC or the Guarantee - Processing of security files (intervention on sensitive Safety Alert Sheets) or legal
Be proactive in detecting new incidents
Follow the Dealer Issue Detection (DID) Security, Indicate and Assistance in accordance with the procedures in force
Contribute to the provision of the elements necessary for the resolution of DIDs
Drafting a post-mission incident DID for exploitation by the Technical Institute in the process
continuous improvement of the product and APV methods or in response to judicial inquiries.
Facilitate the escalation of incidents by the Network (DID Incident, DID Assistance and DID Safety)
Requirements:
Previous experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry.
Mandatory knowledge of English language (at least B2).
Knowledge of automotive components (related to engine; injections; electrical components).
Knowledge of technical documentation.
Coaching experience on Used Car at manufacturer or dealership
Good command of Office Package (Excel in particular)
Customer Orientation
Willingness to travel frequently
Good interpersonal skills
