Retail Assistant

The intern will have the opportunity to join our South-East Europe Retail Department as Retail Assistant.

In this role you will support the Retail Team in the roll out of the following activities:

Follow up the project implementation flow
Gather feedback from boutique and office staff
Assist stakeholders
Facilitate the coordination between Italian and Greek boutique for sales material both at local and international level
Support boutiques and Retail Team on different tasks and on the implementation of new necessities
Aid with the bureaucratic tasks (vendor supplier forms, PO creations, etcof all retail departments and boutique suppliers)
Organization of meetings (contacts with caterings, location.)
Support with stationary orders and boutiques deliveries

How will you experience success with us:

You possess excellent written and oral skills in Italian and English
You are able to use Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, etc )
You are able to multitask and meet deadlines in fastpaced environment
You are analytical and oriented to details
You are a problem solver
You like working in a team and are not afraid to face any challenges
