Adecco is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer.

The resource will be working under the direct supervision of the Measure Coordinator and in close coordination with the Quality team in the Italy Operations Office and HQ, as well as with teams working within relevant Measures of the EUAA Operational Plan.

Tasks:

Provide technical advice to the Measure Coordinator to carry out activities foreseen in the Operational Plan;
Support in drafting concept notes, legal and advisory documents pertaining to asylum procedures at first and second instance, as well as quality monitoring tools and activities;
Support the organization of meetings with relevant stakeholders and teams implementing the relevant Measures of the Operational Plan, including meetings' facilitation, analysis and reporting activities;
Where needed, participate in missions, external meetings, conferences and activities related to Asylum Processes and Quality assurance mechanisms;
Support capacity building initiatives and provide technical assistance, facilitate training sessions within the framework of the Operational Plan and other trainings in the field of international protection;
Support in liaising with the EUAA C2 (Training and professional Development) and C3 (Asylum Knowledge) centers;

Essential:

Previous relevant professional experience in similar tasks of at least 3 years;
Sound knowledge of the EU and national asylum and migration related legislation and procedures;
Experience in drafting technical and advisory documents;
Possess a thorough knowledge of English and Italian;
Have an good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Completed University degree in Law, Political Sciences or related fields.

Advantageous

Experience in cooperation with Member States' authorities, EU bodies, international organizations and civil society organizations which are active in the field of asylum;
Previous professional experience within an international and multicultural environment;
Previous professional experience in the asylum determination procedure.

Responsabilità:
Availability to full-time fixed-term contract through Adecco (maternity leave replacement)

Gross monthly salary 4070€
