Startup company in the world of residential heat pumps, landed in Italy to revolutionize the industry in the coming years.

The context is young and strongly international. The team now consists of 100 employees, with the goal of growing 10-fold in the next 3 years.


PROFILE


We are building our Marketing team, which is focused on creating a compelling consumer brand, proposition and bringing that to market across Europe.

We need someone who will lead our digital marketing activities in Italy to drive our ambitious go-to-market and growth plans.

Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, and a dotted line to the country Marketing & Sales Director, you will work closely with teams across the company and agencies to build successful performance campaigns.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement paid media strategy to support ambitious growth objectives and deliver against CAC targets.

This includes but is not limited to:
SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates & Display

  • Develop and own budgets and forecasts in collaboration with finance and commercial teams
  • Be the main POC for taking global marketing best practice and adapting it to the italian market, with a strong focus on copy, creative, content, UX and audiences
  • Be a key contributor across all growth areas; providing input on user acquisition, SEO, CRM,
community strategy and audience insights will be an important part of this role

  • Track and measure platform and internal metrics to give stakeholders easytoaccess insight
on channel and commercial performance, both in-week and over time


REQUIREMENTS

  • You have 5 years experience of running paid search, remarketing, and display campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, YouTube etc), and knowledge of attribution modelling/multichannel touchpoint marketing
  • You have practical understanding of how CRM, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation work, and can work in crossfunctional environments to drive key KPIs in these disciplines
  • You have a good understanding of the fastevolving digital marketing environment and how
subscription-based/Energy/Technology companies work

  • You have exceptional data analysis and measurement skills
  • You will also be able to demonstrate you can multitask in a friendly, specialised, fast paced, intellectually challenging, proactive environment
  • You are experienced in a multimarket environment with understanding of local marketing dynamics. You will have a proven track record of localisation; understanding what works best on a markettomarket level and implementing change to drive incremental results
