The Role:
An experience in the Customer Service area (Technical Support, After Sales, Pre-Sales) is a qualifying factor.

Experience in dealing with complex organization and processes, being able to work across boundariesBachelors degree in Mechanical, Materials or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Good spoken and written English.
A second European language (French and/or German) is a qualifying factor.
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).Good knowledge of AS400 is a qualifying factor
