- The role requires an experimented background in recruitment (at least 3 years), talent acquisition and head hunting ideally experienced in well known recruitment agencies. The ideal profile is an excellent organizer and communicator, and as a part of our TA international team, will be involved in establishing procedures for the Group's HR processes worldwide to facilitate its growth.

Responsibilities:
- Work with managers through the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to advising them on the best method of recruitment and working with them through the interview process
- Use headhunting approach for Senior roles
- Interviewing and related administrative tasks and uploading the roles on specific job board
- Populating HR database in respect of all recruitment activities
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies
- Manage the job boards such as LinkedIn
- Provide adhoc reports for the Group Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner
- Reporting into the Group Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner
- Closely collaborating with the Global TA team and local HR teams and other stakeholders
- It is indispensable that you have had experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Have experience using database system or recruiting software, with experience in HRIS system Workday being preferable.
- Demonstrate expertise in using PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables for reporting purpose.
- Have experience using social media networks and reviewing platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
- Show strong organisational and time management skills
- Great attention to details and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problemsolving ability: resolve issues as fast as possible
- Have a handson approach
- Willingness to work on multiple projects
- Sensitivity and discretion is essential
- A willingness to learn new tasks and be flexible
- Ability to build relationships with vendors and colleagues

- A confident team player
- HR, Business or Economics or relevant field degree.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are required for this role. Knowledge of German or Portuguese would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
