THE ROLE
New Guards Group is looking for a Legal Specialist to join the Commercial&IP Legal Team.


S/he will report to the Legal Manager - Commercial NGGH++, and s/he will provide law advise on a global level, with particular focus on wholesale & marketing matters.

S/he will provide legal expertise on the drafting, negotiation and implementation of a wide range of agreements and product offerings.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
***- Negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents with a focus on distribution agreements and general purchase terms and conditions, shop-in-shops, commercial collaborations, supply and procurement contracts.

  • Provide legal support for logistic activities with a focus on logistics and related service contracts, loan for use of logistics equipment, tenders and transport contracts.
  • Provide legal support in the management of the selective distribution system.
  • Negotiate and draft a wide range of marketing contracts with a focus on events (shooting, fashion agency, photographers, models, and stylist contracts) and more in general legal support for marketing and digital marketing activities (including marketing partnership agreements).
  • Independently handles legal review of advertising, marketing materials, promotional materials and other consumer facing communications, including, press releases, online materials, TV ads, etc.
  • Communicate and collaborate with external counsels if required.
  • Support other members of the legal team as needed.
  • Constantly interact with Parent Company legal referents.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Law degree, specific background in marketing activities would be a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the relevant areas of law, with a knowledge of the selective distribution system.
  • Fluent in legal and business English written and spoken is a must: this will be tested in the interview process.
Ability to work in a team.

  • Strong sense of integrity and highly confidential.
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and clarity in the preparation of documents.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
