The role:


Xylem is seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated
Project Manager to join our team in
Montecchio Maggiore (VI) where there is a plant of over 800 employees.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible and accountable for ontime /withinbudget delivery of New Product Development projects through Stage & Gate process.
  • Be the 'goto' person and effectively communicate with key stakeholders at all levels on project status, risks and resource needs
  • Manage risks and escalate issues in time to develop countermeasures and mitigation plans
  • Help to support and continuously improve project management practices
  • Work closely with the global PMO team, and engage & support NPD process improvements & trainings
  • Be openminded to adopting best practices & methodology (i.e. Agile) in software or firmware developments

Requirements:

-
3+ Years of project-related experience in the management of projects

  • Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or other related fields, as minimum.
-
Good spoken and written English:

  • Fluent in Italian
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • International experience is a plus as the knowledge of the stage & gate process or Agile

LOCATION:
Montecchio Maggiore (VI)


CONTRACT:
full time, permanent


SMARTWORKING: 2 days per week (after training period, 2-3 months)
