    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Define the Product Vision: Develop and communicate the product's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
    2. Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring continuous optimization.
    3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with development, UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and maintain accessibility standards.
    4. Market Research and Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends, competitors, and user feedback to identify improvements and new features that add value to our products.
    5. Measurement and Optimization: Track product KPIs, conduct testing, and collect data to continuously enhance product quality and effectiveness.
    6. Support for International Growth: Adapt our products to meet the needs of new markets, aiding AccessiWay's European expansion.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven Experience: At least 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech or digital companies.
    2. Digital Accessibility Knowledge: A strong interest or experience in the digital accessibility sector is a plus.
    3. Excellent Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading product teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
    4. Analytical Skills: Skilled in analyzing data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
    5. Languages: Fluent in English (C1 or higher); other European languages are a plus.
