- Supporting existing customers and identifying new opportunities.

- Involving the technical department and production, based on defined sales processes, and leading coordination for the assigned accounts to ensure alignment of strategies and activities across regions/countries.
- Educational Background in technical engineering field or equivalent.
- +5 years of experience gained within even moderately structured international contexts, operating in sectors consistent with the hydraulic or electronic world, in similar roles.
- Proven successful experience in B2B sales.
- Proven experience in negotiating complex prices and agreements.
- Strong networking skills and a comprehensive understanding of relevant stakeholders.
- Analytical skills, good listener with a strong focus on long-term partnerships based on knowledge, trust, and quality.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English language (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel.
