    A leading technology firm, Thales Group, seeks a Service Delivery Manager to oversee support and maintenance contracts related to Government Solutions. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and controlling supplier contract obligations.

    About the Role

    • Manage multiple government solutions projects from initiation through delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, pre-sales and technical delivery teams.

    The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in IT domain management with strong communication skills in both English and Italian. A degree in Engineering or Management is also required.
