    About the Role

    The successful candidate will join the Regulated Market Solutions Service division as After Sales Engineer, and after a period of in-depth training on our technologies and organization, they will be responsible for:

  • Commercial management of international customers in the RMS (regulated market solutions) division for specific areas of expertise in collaboration with Sales Area Managers and branches.
  • Defining supply and specifications (technical consulting regarding products, technologies, production materials, and line layout definition) in cooperation with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project progress from order receipt and production to on-site installation management through interaction with other company functions (Engineering, Sales, Spare Parts, Procurement, Production Planning, Field Planning, and foreign branches).
  • Providing post-sales support and technical assistance to customers to propose solutions to enhance the performance and efficiency of installed lines.
  • Promoting commercial solutions and providing quotations for After Sales products and services such as: Upgrade kits and backup groupsChangeover kitsRebuildingSpare partsMaintenance services and production assistanceTrainingDigital services: Remote assistance and conditions-based maintenance
  • What You Need to Be Successful

    We are looking for technically oriented individuals who have gained 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles (Sales or After Sales Engineering), preferably within companies operating with customized productions.

    Specifically, we would like to meet candidates with:

  • Master's degree in engineering with a strong interest in technology, especially in digital services and servitization;
  • Excellent command of the English language because you will constantly interact with stakeholders, both internal and external, from all over the world.
  • A sheer attitude and interest in customer relationship management.
  • Availability to travel abroad for approximately 70/80 days per year.
  • Innate curiosity for international environments and the ability to manage uncertainty.
  • Additionally:

  • The professional knowledge of any further language will be considered a strong plus.
  • Abroad experiences, both academic and professional, will be considered a plus.
