    Soluzioni HR, è alla ricerca di un Consulting Business Finance Transformation Manager , con consolidata esperienza in società di consulenza per un importante cliente che affianca imprese e imprenditori nei percorsi di trasformazione strategica, organizzativa e di performance, con un approccio pragmatico e orientato al risultato.

    Il ruolo

    La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nella definizione, guida ed esecuzione di programmi di trasformazione complessi, assumendo una responsabilità diretta sia sulla delivery dei progetti sia sullo sviluppo del rapporto con i clienti. Il ruolo prevede un'elevata autonomia, un forte orientamento al risultato e un contributo attivo allo sviluppo dell'offering.

    Responsabilità principali

    • Guidare e governare programmi di business transformation a elevata complessità (strategia, organizzazione, processi, performance management).
    • Supportare il top management dei clienti nelle decisioni strategiche e nei percorsi di cambiamento.
    • Disegnare e implementare modelli di governance, sistemi di pianificazione e controllo, KPI e dashboard direzionali.
    • Assumere la responsabilità complessiva dei progetti (qualità, tempi, budget, team).
    • Gestire in autonomia la relazione con i clienti, agendo come principale punto di riferimento consulenziale.
    • Coordinare, sviluppare e valorizzare i team di progetto.
    • Contribuire in modo strutturato allo sviluppo di nuove offering e alle attività di business development.

    Profilo ideale

    • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.
    • Esperienza di almeno 8–10 anni, maturata prevalentemente in società di consulenza (strategy, management o boutique).
    • Track record consolidato nella gestione di progetti di trasformazione e nella relazione con il top management.
    • Solida padronanza dei temi di strategia, organizzazione, performance management e pianificazione e controllo.
    • Forte capacità di strutturare problemi complessi e tradurli in soluzioni concrete.
    • Leadership, autorevolezza e capacità di guidare team.
    • Ottime capacità di comunicazione, sia verso il cliente sia internamente.
    • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
    • Disponibilità a trasferte in ambito nazionale presso i clienti.
