Job description
- gestisce la mise en place
- affianca gli chef de rang durante il servizio in sala colazioni
- durante il servizio serale è responsabile del pass e delle comande
- si occupa di sbarazzare la sala, pulire e mantenere l'ordine
- manages the mise en place
- supports the chef de rang during the service in the breakfast room
- during the evening service he is responsible for the pass and the orders
- takes care of clearing the room, cleaning and maintaining order
- Contratto a tempo determinato da novembre ad aprile 2024 con possibilità di conferma per la stagione successiva
