A Client Digital Transformation Advisor
("CDTA") - Financial Services is a senior customer-facing role accountable for building a positive relationship with the senior IT leadership of selected top customers in the Financial Services industry.


You will work closely with the Sales and Services account leaders, directly owning the vision and roadmap and jointly leading the overall account engagement plan.


Responsibilities

As the trusted advisor for our most strategic Financial Services accounts, you will be responsible for:

  • Encouraging lasting relationships with IT C-level executives (such as CIO, CTO, CDO, Chief Architect), ensuring the successful adoption and realization of value from their new or existing Salesforce solutions.
  • Leveraging your industry expertise in Financial Services, provide insightful advice and guidance to improve specific industry processes, thereby enhancing the overall digital transformation journey of your clients.
  • Orchestrating engagement of our solution and product teams, and work with the assigned Solution Engineers on the technical sales execution planning and delivery.
  • Resource mobilization, ensure the right resources are engaged at the right times to ensure flawless execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Facilitating alignment and communication between Sales Teams, and internal partners, including Business Value Services, Industry Specialists, Solution Specialists, Architects, Demo Engineers, Product Teams, and Customer Success Groups/Partners to promptly resolve issues and ensure technical sales momentum is maintained.
  • Accountability, ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood and agreed upon
  • Ensure technical solutions are proposed to meet the needs of the customer and present the best overall solution available.
  • Leading strategic technical and business value discussions with senior and executive leaders, demonstrating the ability to impact and influence customers and partners to drive measurable business results through the deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Driving strategic briefings and presentation activities, providing feedback and coaching on content and delivery, actively mentor and assisting with the training and development of other Salesforce resources.
  • Staying up to date on aligned industry trends and solution innovations, constantly refining point of view, and demonstrating ongoing thought leadership.

Requirements:


  • A thought leader in the Financial Services industry, with 10+ years of experience
  • Previous experience delivering digital transformation projects in a consulting or clientside role.
  • Experience working with Cloud Products/Platforms and strategic customer engagement within a complex, hightech environment.
  • Previous practitioner and/or implementation experience of Salesforce solutions or relevant solutions
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills,
  • Leadership, problem solving and decisionmaking abilities. A creative, strategic thinker who can bring innovative ideas, a new perspective, or a new strategy to the table to challenge the status quo.
