We are looking for a
Operatiuons Supervisor to help us ensure effective workflow by supporting our team in Basiano (MI).

YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:

Planning, organizing, and directing daily operations to ensure efficiency
Coordinating and assigning tasks to operations team leaders for smooth workflow
Monitoring and tracking progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
Supervising and training operations staff to maximize performance and development
Implementing and enforcing safety protocols for a secure work environment
Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate records of operations activities

WHO YOU ARE:

You hold a Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
You have proven experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
You have strong knowledge of logistics processes, including warehousing, inventory management, and distribution
You are fluent in English and Arabic
You are proficient in using logistics management software and technology tools
You have a deep knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the logistics industry
