    ABOUT THE JOBWe are looking for an Electrical Installations Engineer to join the team of nfrastructure Technical Area at our Madrid offices.

In a multidisciplinary environment you will be exposed to all the latest technologies and best practices. Your main responsibilities will include:

    Design and calculation of electrical and lighting installations. Performing electrical studies, load flow analysis, short-circuit calculations, selectivity and protection coordination studies, etc.Coordinating with other disciplines during the various phases of project design and construction.Developing engineering documents such as design reports, calculation reports, schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, layout plans, etc.Communicating and coordinating with the BIM/CAD modeling team.Preparing data sheets and technical specifications for equipment, including contacting suppliers and vendors.

    ABOUT YOUApply if you...Have a degree in Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldHave 5 to 10 years of experience in technical offices designing Medium and Low Voltage installations and lighting systems. Experience in tunnel or infrastructure projects is a plusAre proficient in electrical and lighting design tools (Caneco, ETAP, EPLAN, Dialux, Relux, etc.)You are used to working in a BIM environmentCan work independently with a flair for innovation.Do have an advanced level of English.Above all, are attracted by a multinational company like IDOM.
