  • We are looking for a highly motivated Intern to support the Business Unit Rare and particularly our Patient Journey Manager.
  • As Rare BU Trainee you will get the chance to collaborate in designing the strategy to improve Patient Journey and help to detect opportunities and roadblocks.
  • You will be involved cross functional activities aimed to plan innovative solutions and bring those improvements to the current patient journey.
  • You will get exposure to different departments collaborating closely with Rare BU department and being actively involved in many strategic and operational topics.

_ MAIN ACTIVITIES_

  • Support the PJM in planning and creating the patient journey maps of relevant Therapeutic Areas.
  • Assist the PJM to create ensure that global Patient Journey Maps are properly localized and reflect Italian patients patterns, roadblocks and opportunities.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets and correspondence for Patient Journey team as required.
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit Rare Patient Journey Manager and Marketing department to brainstorm and develop a variety of highly relevant awareness content aimed to create value in the scientific community for relevant Therapeutic Areas.
  • Participate to international meetings taking notes of key messages.
  • Draft local Gantts in order to ensure timely completion of PJ team key activities.
  • Who is the Patient Journey Manager?_
  • PJM is in charge to _design and implement the strategy dedicated to improve patient journey and also of detect opportunities and design innovative solutions to bring those improvements to the current patient journey._

_ SKILLS and CAPABILITIES_

  • Scientific University Degree qualification.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Efficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Creativity, capacity to innovate and think differently.
  • Passion for working in a multicultural environment.
