    Position We are seeking a talented and experienced Requirements Analyst to join our dynamic team.

    As a Requirements Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients' needs and the development team's solutions.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and end-user needs.
    Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify system requirements, using benchmarks, interviews, workshops, and other information gathering techniques.
    Accurately and comprehensively document system requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements, in a clear and understandable format.
    Define and maintain traceability between requirements, project specifications, and proposed solutions.
    Work closely with developers, designers, and other team members to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
    Actively participate in requirement change assessment and management throughout the project lifecycle.
    Provide support during testing and validation phases to ensure adherence to defined requirements.
    Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    In-depth knowledge of requirements analysis methodologies and techniques.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate user needs into detailed requirements.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage complex projects.
