We are looking for an Export Area Manager to join our Sales Team.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, He/ She will be responsible to achieve sales and margin targets defined by the company in the assigned markets.

MAIN TASKS

Defining the market potential for each country assigned to him and to develop the most effective strategies and plans for entry and/or consolidation of the company's presence in the assigned markets.
Collaborate in defining the annual sales budget and the preparation of weekly and periodic forecasts, reports, and action plans.
Monitor the achievement of Sales Target, DSO, discounts, and prices.
Increase the market share by coordinating and developing a network of customers, and by acquiring new customers.
Constantly reporting on market dynamics such as competitors' proposals, prices, and strategies.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Degree level or equivalent work experience.
At least three years of previous experience in in B2B sales with technical background.
Fluent in English and German and good knowledge to another language preferably Arabic, French, or Spanish.
Customer & Goal oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
High skills in negotiating, problem solving, time management, and Teamwork.
Availability to frequent travels abroad.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office package and the main IT tools and management software.
