Your mission:


In this role you will be responsible of planning process (AOP, monthly and quarterly Forecast) collecting business assumptions producing marginal contribution scenarios for the Modern Trade and AFH channels.

Responsible for monthly closing activities and analysis on key performance drivers.


Responsibilities:


_ Your day to day with us:_

  • Provide regular FP&A support (reporting, forecasting and analysis) to the Modern Trade and AFH (Horeca) channel
  • Lead the preparation of the Topline reporting, both for internal use and for submission to both the South West Europe Region and European Sector.
  • Manage the monthly closing Cause of Change analysis of key business drivers; such as volume, mix, price.
  • Maintains the Mosaic Planning tool updated on the Topline actuals.
  • Support the FP&A Manager in the preparation of the materials for the monthly Business Review with the Business Unit
  • Financial reporting to PepsiCo joint ventures (monthly PBR and adhocs) and collaboration with commercial teams
  • Participate and/or lead process improvement projects within the scope of responsibility
  • Responsible for standard and adhoc reporting and analysis
  • Maintain regular communication with the European and Regional leadership team

Qualifications:

_ What will you need to succeed?_

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • At least 5 years in a similar function, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish. Italian is nice to have
  • Demonstrated experience of high communication with key stakeholders.
  • Continuous process improvement mindset
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
