    HR and Recruitment Advisor

    We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Recruitment Advisor to support our end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will have fluent-level Japanese and strong computer literacy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing qualified candidates using various methods.
    • Maintaining accurate candidate records.
    • Coordinating and supporting new hire onboarding, including tracking deadlines.

    Prior Experience:

    The successful candidate will have solid HR experience in a multinational company or equivalent setting. Recent work experience is also required.

    Language Proficiency:h3_>/b>Bilingual (fluent Japanese and business English)
    Diploma/BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related field
    Mandatory certifications/previous degree title)
