YellowSquare is looking for a
Receptionist for his Hostel in Rome.

YellowSquare is a leader in the hospitality sector and hostels located in Rome, Milan and Florence. YellowSquare is a growing company with new openings in many of the major Italian cities.

The Tasks:

Dealing with bookings;
Completing Checkin and Checkout procedures;
Preparing bills and taking payments;
Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;
Dealing with complaints or problems;

Requirements:

Previous experience in similar role, at least 2 years experience
Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
Flexibility: Our 8.5 h shifts cover the all 24h day from Monday to Sunday
Excellence in customer service;
Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
