Your New Role
The Digital Coordinator will support the day-by-day local management of YouTube Channels focused on channel performances and ADV conversion. You will run, together with the Sr.
Digital Manager, the YouTube strategies for the whole channels in the Region (Italy, and support on Spain & Portugal) and implement and champion both central and local strategies.
You will support the Sr.Digital Manager on defining the local social editorial plan mixing central and local needs and coordinate the local agency on local content creation.
You will define and implement the local game's AVOD apps plan an publication.The Digital Coordinator will work across a wide range of projects and will interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Role Accountabilities
YOUTUBE
- Draft the YT editorial plan (long term evolution and monthly publication)
- Manage the "alwayson" ADV promotion focusing on channel performance.
- Plan and deploy Sales bespoke activities.
- Run production and delivery of YT contents with central team and/or local agency.
- YT Channels updating (refresh playlists, homepage)
- Uploading of videos for local channels
- Improve a solid SEO strategy (in particular, metadata optimization and thumbnail optimization)
- Run the Flash Test approval process.
- Localization and production of metadata
- Run the production and refreshment of Thumbnails, descriptions, playlists, YTlive, premieres, etc.
- Support on performances analysis
AVOD APP
- Definition of games plan (mix between local production, 3rd party, sales and central ones)
- Implementation of games on the Streamity platform
- Deeplink strategy to promote games and interactive contents.
- Definition of interactive/engaging contents
- Creation and Implementation of interactive tools on the apps.
- Support on performance analysis
SOCIAL MEDIA
- Definition of local social media plans (according to local mktg/prog and central team needs)
- Community management and management of local agency
- Support on performance analysis
LOCALIZATION
- Localizations, testing and quality control of all YT shared contents (Basecamp + Wordbee)
- Support on all digital content localization processes
GIPHY/TENOR
- Selection of monthly topics looking on trends and internal needs
- Uploading of gifs and stickers
- Review of Giphy/Tenor automatic tagging Content curation in the profile page
Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge of Digital environment languages, aesthetics and trends on the kid's market
- YouTube and Social media expertise
- Knowledge of SEO and ASO strategies for connected to YouTube content indexing
- HTML, HTML5, CSS basic knowledge
- Familiar with managing kids show content pipelines (series, episodes, rights management...)
- Experienced in working with external agencies and freelancers
- Knowledge of Kids consumer habits over digital environment and basic knowhow to use any research data's software
- Fluent in English, with Spanish a bonus (but not essential)
- Strong analytics skills and knowledge
- Photo and video editing (Photoshop, Adobe Encoder and Premier Skills)
