- Leading Institutional Private Equity Fund
- Fund of Funds Associate/Senior Associate
- Autonomous in managing most of the tasks of a Fund of Funds private equity/private debt investment process and monitoring activity;
- Analysis of the initial teaser/info-memo received on a potential investment;
- Participation in due diligence and negotiation meetings;
- Drafting of investment memo;
- Attending investment committees;
- Analysis and negotiation of fund rules and other investment contracts;
- Portfolio monitoring & regular meetings with the funds;
- Reporting to investors and Board of Directors;
- Interaction and collaboration with back office in day-by-day activities and monitoring of the funds;
- Very quantitative and with strong analytical skills, the ideal candidate will understand the key drivers of the private equity/private debt fund financial performance in the context of market/industry dynamics, economic trends and possible scenarios;
- She/he will coordinate the advisors involved in an investment process, being capable of carrying out and managing the due diligence activities;
- Involved in legal & contract negotiation.
- Outstanding academic credentials;
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills;
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Demonstrated interest in private equity and private debt;
- Full professional proficiency in English;
- She/he will have approximately 3-5 years of previous fund of funds investment professional experience, possibly combined among private equity/private debt and asset management;
- Extremely motivated towards the opportunity to grow professionally within the FOF team, real team player, becoming an example of professionalism and right attitude within the team;
- She/he will be based in Milan, with expected availability to travel.
