Main goals

Reporting to the Global Marketing & Communication Director but working collaboratively and cross-functionally between the Sales and Marketing & Communication teams, the Omnichannel Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for all the content and marketing plans for wholesale, retail and digital distribution channels (e-tailers and marketplaces)

This is a newly created role that would suit a self-starting, high-performing individual who has the ability to work using their own initiative and with minimum supervision.

The role will drive the success of partnerships and trade marketing activation plans and events across the global market customer spectrum, effectively reaching and communicating to Importante Azienda customers and prospects.


Responsibilities:


To help in setting direction for cross-functional, omnichannel marketing partnerships and initiatives in collaboration with the Global Mktg & Comm.

Director.

To collaborate on the seasonal promotional calendar across retail, wholesale and concession partners globally, making sure campaigns and marketing plans speak to each partner's customer base.

To design and realize exclusive, tailor-Importante Azienda trade marketing projects and events across our E-tailer and Marketplace network in line with brand and corporate guidelines.

To work on increasing Importante Azienda's brand awareness, visibility and desirability by developing and executing compelling and commercially relevant trade marketing plans and initiatives.

To partner with Wholesale, Retail, eCommerce and Digital Marketing teams (Content and Performance) to ensure alignment with the overallcommunication strategy of the brand.

To create, develop and execute trade marketing calendars that deliver successful retail, wholesale and digital shopping experiences to support the achievement of sales objectives in line with the brand strategy and within the agreed budget and guidelines.

Coordinate trade marketing projects with counterparts in HQ and local agencies to ensure regional relevancy.
To assist in the development, production, cost control and implementation of in-store activities & events
To manage inventory and distribution of materials for wholesale and retail;
To improve client data quality by ensuring best practices, and appropriate education with the relevant team.
To build reporting to understand performance vs. objectives at a regional, store and sales associate level.

To perform clienteling review with Retail and Wholesale Management teams to elaborate different analyses to leverage our CRM database to identify new opportunities to develop customers.

To develop and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with external retailer marketing organizations to ensure alignment, development, and execution of shopper and consumer programs against retailer and wholesaler expectations.

To proactively leverage data, market insights, marketing tools and the spectrum of marketing channels to develop and execute impactful strategic recommendations.

To be responsible for measuring program effectiveness, sharing and taking action on insights to further drive business results
To manage timeline to ensure actions are completed & deliverables are met for events, trunk shows and internal departments;
To execute follow-up actions to collect feedback and implement key learnings for future programs;
Profilo

Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) is essential;
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential
Minimum 5-8 years experience working in trade marketing & communication activities, preferably in fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.

Demonstrated results orientation with successful experience in decision making, analytics, and marketing innovation skills delivering real impact to business results.

Effective relationship builder and negotiator who can collaborate across functions and business units, managing a complex set of partners
Positive, enthusiastic, with a curated eye for detail
Willingness to both lead and support
Critical thinking and analysis skills.
Effective communication skills.
Project Management skills with the ability to organise and manage own workload.
Ability to act calmly under pressure and work to deadlines.
