What we look for:

Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering or Business Management.
At least 2 years of experience in the role or in the Procurement/Sourcing field.
Experienced as planner in a MRP environment. Preferred experience in manufacturing of electronic products and in a multilevel production and products.

Technical/Special Qualifications:

English Language.
Experience in use of Material Require Planning environment (Baan; Sap).
Proficiency with all Microsoft SWs Office automation, particularly Excel and Access.
Experiences of work in an integrated environment, from design to manufacturing.
Experiences in lean manufacturing is welcome.
Expertise and experience in Project Management, Problem Solving and Team Development
Expertlevel communication (presentation, verbal, written) skillsset
Strong analytical skills (good level of proficiency with Minitab or equivalent statistical package is a plus

Work location:
Bentel Security Corropoli site (Teramo)

Contract:

We offer a Temporary type of contract of 3 months (+ renewals if needed).
Working hours:

part-time 32h/week 8 hours per day from Monday to Thursday.

Salary:

28.000/annual What we offer:
The Planner is responsible for the production planning of the Corropoli Plant; they will:

elaborate the production schedule, in collaboration with Demand Planner and Customer Order team

- set and balance the production workload
- manage daily support of production needs (expediting material, setting priorities, rescheduling) to meet customer demands
- monitor the production progress and support in reporting schedule attainment
- interface with Procurement to verify Material availability/constraints
- help define correct safety stock levels and replenishment signal, in order to minimize stock level while meeting customer expectation
- help prepare phase in/phase out analysis
- collaborate in cycle counts and physical inventories
- work in team with other departments in order to assure the on-time delivery of products and the on-time launch of new products Main metrics for the role will be:

WIP level, inventory levels, production schedule attainment; on time delivery to thecustomers based on Customer Requested Date; gap tracking/issues tracking.
