You will join the team CVM and in particular in the business / management Online Gaming, reporting directly to the CVM director You will have the opportunity to be involved in the process of managing the community of Sisal players by working closely with the others Departments of the Online business unit, with the Retail industry and with Business Units products in order to involve customers to join and be active in the Community.

In detail you will guide the implementation of the project; define social community features, editorial andpromotional plan, physical events on retail network and customer experience improvement activities, also through continuous monitoring of performances, market researches and benchmarks.

You will also have the responsibility of social community moderation and management of related risks.


Who you are:


You have at least 5 years of experience in managing social community, including technical competencies on social engagement platforms, and in managing complex projects (preferable companies in the entertainment industry); You have a customer centric approach You know how to interact with stakeholders at all levels, from the point of sale colleague to top management and with external suppliers.

(manage people; work in a team, create projects etc.) You are creative, autonomous and proactive (proactive, flexible, innovative, determined etc.) You have excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point (software of, programming languages, tools, platforms, technologies, Office etc.)



Preferrably, you also have:
You have a degree in Marketing, Economics or Engineering Basic knowledge of the online games world (software of, programming languages, tools, platforms, technologies, Office etc.)
