Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with reliable data before and during sales campaigns.
  • Create dashboards and customized reports based on client and sales data.
  • Maintain a dependable database and provide comprehensive CRM system training.
  • Develop and implement custom automations within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to integrate the CRM system with other company information systems.
  • Provide recommendations for CRM and future information systems enhancements.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 + year's of experience in CRM or similar information systems.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM system is a plus.
  • Proficiency in a programming language (JavaScript or Python preferred).
  • Understanding of the fashion industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools is a plus
  • Experience working with Customer Care preferable is a plus
  • Willingness to engage effectively across the business and with third parties.
  • Fluency in Italian and English required (minimum B2); knowledge of a third language is a plus
