    Brand Developer – Centro Nord

    Il Brand Developer per l'area del Centro Nord Italia è responsabile dello sviluppo e della promozione del portafoglio prodotti dell'azienda, con un focus sui prodotti in esclusiva, all'interno dell'area geografica assegnata. Il ruolo prevede l'implementazione di strategie di brand awareness, l'espansione della distribuzione e la costruzione di relazioni con clienti strategici (distributori, punti vendita e catene locali).

    REQUISITI RICHIESTI

    • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli simili (es. Brand Ambassador, Trade Marketing Specialist, o Key Account).
    • Conoscenza approfondita dell'area geografica di riferimento.
    • Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente nella zona assegnata.
    • Esperienza nella gestione di brand e nello sviluppo commerciale.
    • Conoscenza del mercato delle bevande alcoliche o del settore FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
    • Capacità di negoziazione e gestione delle relazioni commerciali.
    • Creatività e spirito d'iniziativa per proporre nuove idee e attività promozionali.
    • Orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in autonomia.

    ATTIVITÀ ASSEGNATE

    Il candidato scelto, rispondendo alla Direzione Commerciale si occuperà di:

    • Promuovere e posizionare i prodotti dell'azienda nel mercato locale, garantendo un'immagine coerente con i valori del marchio.
    • Pianificare e organizzare eventi promozionali (es. degustazioni, fiere, attività in store) per aumentare la visibilità del brand.
    • Monitorare il mercato e la concorrenza per identificare opportunità di crescita e miglioramento.
    • Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide con distributori, punti vendita e decision maker del territorio.
    • Supportare i clienti nella pianificazione e nell'esecuzione di campagne promozionali mirate.
    • Garantire la presenza ottimale dei prodotti (esposizione e rotazione) presso i punti vendita.
    • Identificare nuovi clienti e canali di distribuzione nell'area assegnata.
    • Negoziare accordi con nuovi partner commerciali, massimizzando la penetrazione del brand.
    • Fornire report periodici alla direzione, con aggiornamenti sulle vendite, le attività locali e le tendenze di mercato.

    Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda e retribuzione allineata alle competenze. CCNL commercio, 14 mensilità.
