Position Summary

As a Spa Massage Therapist you will be ensuring the highest level of peace and relaxation to all our Guests.

Job Description:

Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful Beauty Center experience for all our Guests
Greet guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room
Ensure any treatment room is set up and fully stocked complying with all standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness
Perform all massage treatments according to standards, being knowledgeable about all Beauty Center products and services offered. Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Report any complaints to the management team
Upsell Beauty Center products considering guests' needs
Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Spa Reception and Fitness

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels
Knowledge of most common massage techniques (incl Swedish)
Refined manners with a high sense of hospitality and attention to detail
Strong spoken Italian and English; additional languages will be considered a plus
Legal right to work in Italy
