identificazione del valore economico di aziende, rami d'azienda e beni immateriali, nel contesto di operazioni straordinarie;
fairness opinion;
impairment testing;
purchase price allocations.
Con il supporto dei professionisti senior di PwC, le tue responsabilità riguarderanno principalmente la ricerca di società comparabili ai target delle valutazioni, lo sviluppo dei modelli valutativi più appropriati al contesto e la stesura dei report valutativi per la condivisione dei risultati con i clienti.
Requisiti Hai conseguito una Laurea Magistrale in Economia, idealmente con un percorso in Finanza / Corporate Finance / Amministrazione Finanza e Controllo
Hai maturato una breve esperienza di stage o lavoro in ambito finanziario
Conosci le principali metodologie di valutazione
Sei motivato all'attività di consulenza ed hai una forte passione per le tematiche di carattere finanziario
Parli e scrivi in inglese con fluidità
Hai ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative e adori stare in team
