Lungarno Collection is pleased to share the opportunity for a talented Sales F&B Executive to be part of our Team of Portrait Milano.

Our research is aimed at resources with the innate ability to be impeccable "hosts".


The person in charge will report to the Destination and Events director and will work closely to the Food and Beverage Manager and with all the key accounts related to the F&B.


The primary focus is:
to increase and maximise sales (individuals/contracted) in our Restaurant 10_11 and Rooftop outlets. Main driver is to increase results in the low generating revenue times of the day/days of the week/ months.

These are the main tasks to carry out:

  • Plan, develop and implement strategies to drive the revenue goals of the F&B Outlets.
  • Negotiate partnership collaboration dealing with all parts involved and setting out terms, obligations and all key aspects.
  • Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue (i.d. cross selling and up selling).
  • Explore productive relationships opportunities with key local enterprise and corporate clients in the area (i.d. boutiques, offices, law firms, etc.).
  • Identify and monitor most effective communication channels to promote F&B outlets and special events
  • Create an effortless experience and build relations by answering questions about property history, facilities, services, and room accommodations to support the overall vision to be a luxury destination in Milan.

  • Ability to close the deal transform the relationship/negotiation into revenue

Requirements:


  • Strong relationship and communication skills to build valuable relationships with staff members
  • Commercially aware.
  • Driven and ambitious to consistently deliver and exceed service standards.
  • Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and detailoriented work attitude
  • Excellent IT skills: Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Fluent knowledge of the Italian and English language
